GnuWin32：让 Claude Code 在 Windows 上不再缺工具

GnuWin32 把 grep、sed、find、awk、coreutils 等 GNU 工具逐个移植成原生 Windows 可执行文件，补进 PATH 即可解决 Claude Code 在 Windows 上因缺少类 Unix 工具链而报错的问题。
